GARDEN
At the Schlosspark Lieberose in Brandenburg we cultivate rare and endangered varieties of vegetables as well as historical wild plants. Preserving the knowledge relating to these cultivated plants represents an important contribution to species preservation and biodiversity, so it makes us very happy to bring these wonderful varieties to the attention of society and back onto people’s plates again. Join us in saving the chocolate vine, the Blue Congo potato and King of Denmark spinach.
The plan is being supported by the Drosos Foundation, Wertewandel e.V. and the European Social Fund of the European Union in cooperation with the Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labor and Energy of the State of Brandenburg.
